Im looking for a decent program that will let me capture walkthroughs and intros (im making them to put on our guilds website), the first oen is going to explain all the stuff in the guild vs guild map.

i tried Fraps, and got mad because it only captures the first 30 seconds then stops, you have to buy to work it further.

it also has a water mark if you dont purcahse it.

I was going to capture all of the storyline... in high detail! whoo crash that HDD.

I'm just going to say this once about FRAPS:

The 30 second crappy 'demo' type of warez that is out there is out dated, has bugs, and it is beyond difficult to create a proper video out of a ton of 30 second clips.

I bought the real version a long time ago, and they release updates often for the program. Soon as you buy it, you have a life time subscription to the website for any new updates and / or programs they offer.

My suggestion? Buy the program, its worth it in the long run so it is compatable with the newest games that come out.

I personally have zero respect for anyone who rips off decent programs such as these. Its extreamly cheap compared to all the other software people offer, and with FREE updates constantly with no renewal fee, theres zero loss.

Gamecam is free and takes up less resources AFAIK. We used it to make our videos back during betas.
